Okay, so I was thinking of some weird musical instrument ideas, and then I had a brilliant idea.
You know Hotline, right? That little client/server warez/mp3 thing? Well, the creator of it, Adam Hinkley, a really cool guy who got royally screwed by Hotline Communications, created this paint program that lets more than one person paint at the same time on the same canvas. Well, I was thinking, why the hell didn't anyone create something like that for music? I don't mean like a high-quality voice chat thing, though. I mean something where you plug a MIDI-compatible instrument into your computer and jam.
This has all sorts of other uses, too, including the very humorous idea of using a combination of this and text-to-speech to give an internet concert...
I don't know, I just had the idea and had to tell someone. If anyone here could make it or could send the idea to someone who could, that's cool. If you all think it's laughable and are laughing at the laughability, that's cool too. Whatever.
------------------
