Along with hydration, carbohydrates, and electrolytes, you should make sure you're properly rested too. ^_^<P>I know I get the most energetic at 10am in the morning. Unfortunately I'm also at work at 10am in the morning, so I can't go do any exercise at my peak during the week. Instead I end up doing stuff at 6 or 7pm at night, when I'm tired from being at work all day. No dietary plan or nutritional guideline can accomodate the active working individual, I'm finding. Pretty much it's just "try to eat healthy and fill in the cracks of your schedule with exercise if you can." Oh well... sigh. -_-<P>Shoujo Con, where Sailor Moon is King! (or Queen). I've watched a ton of shoujo. Probably not as much as most otaku out there, but definately more than any rational male should. Anyway, I often wonder if continuous shoujo exposure throughout childhood to adolescents will spread teach the good, wholesome values of truth and love, or if children will form the association that the real world isn't like TV at an earlier age and abandon the fairy-tale dreams put forth by shoujo for a more unpleasant lifestyle?<P>Food for thought, I guess.<P>JB<P>------------------
