2002 Hugo Award Nominations

The 2002 Hugo and John W. Campbell Award nominations have been released by ConJose and the WSFS. At the moment, the only web site I can find which has them posted is Locus magazine.


I will note that, once again, I have failed to make the short list for Fan Writer. I guess that when the full midlist is announced in a few months, I'll find out how close I came to achieving Fandom's highest honor -- that of losing the Hugo Award to Dave Langford.

I suspect that Aussiecon will have been the high-water mark of my popularity, and that I will never come closer to making the ballot than I did then. Bless you, Australia; mehercule hoc quidem lapsus et ruina.
