The gracious FANS! editor was defending an otherwise forgettable statement from her boyfriend over dinner the other night. We found her answer far more clever than she had intended it to be!

--GB

"What? You're not ... no ... you couldn't be ... oh my god ... it IS!" --In reference to a friend's observation of their presence in FAANS! magazine.

[EDIT: Ooooops... I meant October, not July! Don't know how THAT happened...]
For where Rikk is, go to the bottom of http://www.faans.com/d/20011012.html.
[This message has been edited by T Campbell (edited 10-15-2001).]

Y'know.. I haven't finished rereading the entire series yet so I could be wrong about this... but I'm pretty sure that LoTR never included a booty call.
Thanks for taking us where even Tolkin feared to tread, T.
-Wish

Pish. Before Tom B, the hobbits were all taking hot steamy baths together. Obviously the term 'cousin' has a veeeeery different meaning in Hobbiton. >;D
-Wish

I didn't know Tim had a mole.......

I thought the little belly arc was funny looking too. I sat there thinking "How could the effect been consistant with the others and not had that happen...." but then I just shrugged it off.
I was going to comment on how he didn't call Rikk but then I realized that Rikk might not have given Will his home number. Everyone else seems to be at their usual places, with Tim at home of course. I thought it would've been a nice twist to see Rikk advising Will in the same way will did a few stories ago. I was intrigued with the possibility of Rumy getting that message and actually meeting him there. Who'da thought a Rumy will comic would be in the works!
We must look at our story correlation though. If this is a LoTR story then we've got to figure out who would be helping. Perhaps Shanna and Rumy show up (Shanna being lured into it by Kath for the promise of a good story) and help Will out with the LARPers. Hmmm..... Pippin and the, uh, other hobbit perhaps?
Hmmmm......which would lead Will and Jackie to Morecon and Shanna and Rumy to confront Sorryman. Right?
------------------
