Beta wanted

Do fanfics around here usually get beta'ed, or do you just post them cold?<P>If you do beta them, then I have a fanfic in need of editorial review. It is only partially finished (so what else is new?) but I should have it finished soon, and even if I do get stuck, I'd like to get some feedback on the part that already done. Anyone interested?<P>And before anyone asks, no, it isn't a slash. However, I will say it is extremely downbeat, being based on a particularly gloomy extrapolation of current real-world events. It also involves multiple crossovers and cameos from other webcomics, and includes abuse of political power, violence, physical and pyschological harm, character death, and Incredibly Sadistic Bastardry in general, up to and including (possibly) the end of the world.
