Well, my ultimate favorite is already known of course (the Jain's Death). Chyrsalid Colossos and Apocamon are numbers two and three. Chyrsalid is very well written, interestingly metaphysical, and very innovative in its designs. And Apocamon is just hilarious.
I actually wasn't as enamored with Shapeshifter. I don't like the art style too much (at least how the people look) and I found that a lot of the dialogue was stilted and didn't really seem real. However, the scene where the woman enters the Spirit World and then transforms is brilliant. Absolotuly breathtaking.

Just read Shapeshifter and the Guy I Almost Was. I think the best part of the Shapeshifter story was the Spirit World part. I like the Guy I Almost Was better. I have a soft spot for stories about where our choices lead us.
--Tuscahoma

The Thanksgiving one was ok, I like weird little sci-fi things like that. So was "The Man I Almost Was", well done true-life story comics like that are always good, especially if they have a point about counter-culture. Apocamon was neat, just because I enjoy mythological monsters, but the comic itself wasn't really anything. The rest I can live without, I dislike psychedelic/metaphysical/spiritual stories.

I don't know what scared me more about "Rush Limbaugh Eats Everything": its portrayal of selfish, insatiable consumption heralding the apocalypse, or the rabid, mean-spirited ideology it espoused... kind of like a liberal version of Rush's own style.
Or maybe that was the point?
-- Nathan,

I've finally gotten around to looking at the next preview for Webcomics World... and I was quite amused and pleased to see Electric Sheep as the topic of discussion.. I found Electric Sheep through coolhomepages.com some time last year and I was definately facinated by the subject matter and the wide range of styles available. Hard to believe that one guy does it all.
My own personal favorite storyline on the site is Shapeshifter. As someone who is often dicontent with the body her soul inhabits, I've always found themes of transformation facinating and alluring. This particular story had me looking wistfully at Starbucks joints for weeks, even though I don't drink coffee.
Has anyone else read through the Electric Sheep archives and found something they though was particularly amusing, touching or inspiring?
-Wish

Agreed, Nathan... RLEE has this penetrating, won't-leave-the-back-of-my-brain-aloooone quality, even though it is pretty two-dimensional...

I am in ignorance. What is a flaming liberal? And how does this differ from just a liberal?
