'Tick' Pushed

Fox's live-action <B>The Tick</B> won't be hitting the airwaves as soon as expected. According to <A HREF="http://www.scifi.com/" TARGET="_blank">SCIFI.COM</A>,due to the threatened writers and actors strikes, the network has chosen to sit on the eagerly anticipated program until either summer of fall 2001.
