Love 10/2's strip. You really have comtempt for Mtv, dont you?
I have a theory on the whole matter:
Mtv starts out on basic cable, everybody's happy, they have a lot of videos and a few shows. As time goes on, they keep adding more and more shows until the only time they play full, uninterrupted videos is late at night. Meanwhile during the day, they play shows that have nothing to do with music except the soundtracks. So now that MusicTelevison has been succesfully turned into StupidCrapTelevision, they come out with a NEW channel with full, uninterrupted videos:Mtv2. The catch is: ITS AN EXTRA CHANNEL.
So you see, it was all a plot back when Mtv was formed to screw over future generations. Its a conspiracy, I tells ya! Soon, aided by Mtv, Hitler will come out of hiding and proceed to take over the west coast. I've got it all figured out, and none of Mtv's evil ninja robots can stop me!! MWAHAHAHA!!!
So let's recap: Mtv sucks, I've gone insane, and I just wasted maybe 10 or 15 minutes of your life, with you could have spent hugging the elderly. BWAHA!<P>------------------

I thought I was nuts!<P>Yes, Mtv is horrible. It's not even the music so much as what they do to the videos...as my comic made fun of.<P>M2 WAS sooo cool about a year ago...no commericals, and lots of alternative music. The only place to see videos I liked....and then they bought the Box (music channel) and started running commercials, and now play the same crap they play on Mtv one, over and over, and over....fortunately they haven't YET started showing people talk over the music yet (ala TRL).<P> I hear that MUCH MUSIc channel in Canada and on the some dishes is supposed to be good?<P>~dave<P>------------------
