Of course he can! How else can he make comics? Or chat in chat rooms? Or send emails? Or know when Doodie Man is making fun of him??? Huh?? <P>
I'm sure Penguin would be very offended by you assuming he can't read! He's an (antarctic?)arctic bird, not illiterate. Which makes him smarter that most people in South Carolina.<P>------------------
