The comic for 6.7.01 has to be the most heart-warming Todd and Penguin strip. Good job Dave.
The look on Penguin's face is utterly priceless.
You should submit that one to cartooning.net.
It feels sort of like a climax for Penguin.

a friend of mine pointed out that perhaps I was suggesting that my comic was attacked by someone, as Penguin's was by "Doodie Man." That is not the case. In fact, (knock on wood,) I have gotten nothing but positive responses to my comic.,,so far as I know, anyway. The story was just a comment on what I see done on the web.
Just wanted to clear that up
~dave
------------------

Phew. I was wondering, too.
Hey, ~dave, you planning on interviewing any more artists soon? I really like reading what they have to say. (Before I found your site, I was planning on doing interviews, but yours are nice and thorough.)
--Strange/Dave
------------------

Between the comic, writing my book, and working on the web site, I don't get as much time as I would like to for interviews. I have one in the works right now, so stay tuned. I like to take time and read the author's comics before doing the interview, so I can do a proper job.
As for thinking that people were attacking Todd and Penguin, I really wish I had written the past few strips differently now. I wasn't trying to elicit sympathy for me just lil penguino.
~dave
------------------
