KeenCribs

Post by Brad J. Guigar »

I'm resurrecting KeenCribs after an extended hiatus. :)

If you're unfamiliar with the concept, it's basically a play on MTV's "Cribs." Each week a webcartoonist -- from either Keenspot or Keenspace -- shows some photos of his or her work area and writes a little guided tour.

It's pretty good cross-promotion. A standard-sized banner ad is at the top, linked back to your site, for example.

If you'd like to participate, drop me an e-mail: bguigar "-AT-" yahoo "-DOT-" com.

I'll need:

-- A few photos of your work area.

-- A short text file that describes your studio and, perhaps, a little about how you work.

-- A standard-sized banner ad for your site.

-- Your URL.

Here's the link: http://www.greystoneinn.net/cribs.html . To see past KeenCribs participants, one must be a subscriber to KeenPremium.

Sincerely,
Brad

Funny idea ... but maybe you should change the link in your teaser posting to http://www.greystoneinn.net/cribs.html - the little dot at the end makes it broken ^^

Heh, my 'crib' isn't that much compared to other peoples.

I have clothes all over the floor, half of my desk is covered in papers and electronics junk, my bed is in the middle of my room because my wall was leaking due to the flash flood warning and out of fear of my wall caving inn, and my TV is less than 3 feet away from my bed, but I still use the remote control. But I do have a lava lamp though, woot!

It is an interesting idea though.

Maybe once I'm back home. I'm almost done with my first year at uni so I'll be moving out of halls soon. Not much point in doing a crib about a place I'll only be living in for another few weeks.
