Hurray :) Thanks!

I'll bring back Hypatia pretty soon, as soon as the n00b gets over his rat killing spree.

I've got the dropdown on my site! I'm just not in it! ;)

Wo ist meine "comic"?

- Comic URL:
- Comic Name: Nahast - Lands of Strife
- Author's Name: Al-X Melchor
- Name of the female leading character: Derrexi Tzelan

There's a parallel story running in the form of text fiction with illustrations featuring seven brave young girls so it's a double qualification, methinks :)

I'm going to get my site editable again either today or tomorrow so I might as well...

Comic Name: The Blue Skunk
Female Leads: Lucille Harris and Sarah Brighton
Artist Name:Chelsea Gaither

Lucille is my main character, though technically there isn't very much heroic about her., without spoiling anything, let's just say she's going to have a very spiritual presence, and a lot of influence on Lucy. There's also two other women who will have a pretty big presence...Rouge Castlestone--who has already made an apperance--and Mir Colbalt (who hasn't).

I reached 20 comics today and have a pretty good buffer built up so it ought to be alright.

Comic URL :
Comic Name: Green Light Go
Author Name : Amy Muhlenkort
Female Leads: Amy & Jana

While they don't really fill the comic book/manga style 'heroine' (they don't rescue anyone from burning buildings, or save little kids or anything like that), Both Amy & Jana are very self-assured (though they have a few set backs along the way as all good characters should), they take control, are headstrong, and they never let the guys in the strip take advantage of them. They know they are the stars of the strip and they arn't afraid to tell you

i've been searching for a dropdown to join, and i really like the idea behind this one.

Comic URL:
Comic Name: K.O.N.A.
Author name: Poobert
Female Character's Name: Tori McMahon

This is pretty much a modernday fantasy starring a sword weilding teenage girl. Her sidekick is a man, but a very feminine one.
It starts with several pages of fun and randomness before a plot starts to kick in.

Comic URL:
Comic Name: Praetor
Author's Name: Lucas Trent
Name of the Female Leading Character: Rachel Victor, Deborah Thomas (More female leads are on the way!)

Although my true lead character, Rachel Victor, will eventually become quite a fiercely individual woman with amazing leadership abilities, that won't happen just yet. :) But now that Deborah Thomas, a brilliant female starship engineer with three kids who is not afraid to stand up to her superiors, has made her debut, I think I'm ready to join now anyway, since she'll definitely have a major role.

Sorry it took me so long to answer ... I just had no time to care about my comic and the dropdown ... :) but now I'm back and there are the news:

Nahast, The Blue Skunk, Green Light Go, K.O.N.A. and Spinning Destiny are in :)

For Praetor some comments why I didn't want to add you to the dropdown yet: There is in fact a leading character, but the main storyline doesn't concentrate on her, there are much more scenes with Vor. Many dialogues are a real pain to read due to the dark colors, and this is something I feel as a major hadicap in drawing readers.
Please evolve the storyline a bit more - show us your female character and I'll add you with pleasure. At the moment it's not enough to match the air of this dropdown.

- Comic URL:
- Comic Name: Night Warrior Limited
- Author's Name: Terence S.
- Name of the female leading character: Couch Cop

There are exactly twenty issues right now, with more coming in a few weeks when I start the next story arc. CC will also have a much larger role. I'm not sure if I'll be accepted or not, but if not, you'll be seeing me back here in a couple months to try again! :D

Hmmm... your best option is getting a counter with referrals like this at Extreme tracking. Surely you've seen them before in other webpages! =D

Sorry for the spam, Asarea! Hope this info is useful for you lot!

Only way that I know of is to check your logs, in the referer's section and scan for the urls of comics from the dropdown.'snamehere/logs/

And never trust people to tell you anything; readers are a lurking lot :) It's a valid measure that one piece of feedback is equivalent to a bunch of readers; the ratio was roughly 1:1000 when I used to work for a magazine, but damned if I know the ratio for webcomics
