How would someone become a substitute Comicollager?
And umm... I'm not asking for myself... It's for my friend...uuuhhh... Bill. Yeah... Bill is his name.

You can't just "become" a substitute Comicollager.
You have to be selected based on the quality of your previous work. Being friends with somebody on the inside helps. Then there's a rigorous initiation, and if you live through it, you have to train at Comicollage subsitution camb.<P>------------------

How exactly COULD I get into Comicollage bootcamp? *rubs chin deviously as ominous music plays. Or something*

question...if i go to comicollage boot camp and am the last one not voted off or whatever, do i win a million dollars?

I thought it was a bootcamp thing to train you in drawing, not a reality show like Bootcamp or whatever. Either way, it would be cool.
