is dressed JUST LIKE A WITCH enough to get

Somehow I don't think Penny would do more than put on the hat. And Beltane wouldn't describe her as a "goth girl" if she were in proper costume.

But I'd say Beltane would object to goths in general on the same basis. Which says more about Beltane than anything else.
