Tale of a tail
I'm not an AKC member or anything, but I'd swear that cocker spaniels, among other dogs, don't naturally have stubby tails - they are "docked" - cut off short soon after birth. So has the CS girl had her's docked?
Oooh, what a marriage that would be, a dog and a skunk. When the kids wagged their tails you wouldn't know if they were happy or if you should duck and cover.

Both girls are based on my dogs. Maggie is an english springer spaniel, and yes, her tail is that stubby. We bought her when she was maybe five weeks old and that's the way she was. I don't think her tail was docked or anything. She's also that excitable.
She's extremely adorable...and dumb as a post.

According to the kennel websites I checked, you are correct. Springer Spaniels do indeed usually have their tails docked. They are not normally that short.labrusca wrote:I'm not an AKC member or anything, but I'd swear that cocker spaniels, among other dogs, don't naturally have stubby tails - they are "docked" - cut off short soon after birth. I don't get it. Every time I try your link I end up opening a new window only
to find me back right where I started. I did it six times and it just open the
same place in a new browser every time. Did you post the same link that
you were on? That's makes no sense. That would be pretty du.... Ah Never Mind...

We have GSPs, they get their tails nipped when they are very young pupd.
Yes, sir. I agree completely. It takes a well-balanced individual... such as yourself to rule the world. No, sir. No one knows that you were the third one... Solidus. ...What should I do about the woman? Yes sir. I'll keep her under surveillance. Yes. Thank you. Good-bye...... Mr. President.

One question....does it really.......matter?
Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?' John 11: 25-26

No. But with this group, you can expect them to debate and discuss just about anything, even if it doesn't relate to the comic.
One thread in another forum has found them debating the size and shape of a certain purple pig-sticker even though it has little to do with the current plot or storyline.
...which, btw, I got tired of by the third post where they didn't take Quentyn's word that it was his sword. =P Who's telling the story? Us or the Questor?
*grumbles and walks off*

I'm lost. I've gone to find myself. If I should return before I get back, please ask me to wait. Thanks.

Very dangerous question to ask. This forum is based around discussing a comic strip, among other interesting topics. Very little of what is discussed here really matters; we just do it as a break from reality.Madmoonie wrote:One question....does it really.......matter?
