Hey man, good going, getting a commission. You're doing your part to keep Ralph off the soupline. Hope everyone else does likewise.

You're doing your part to keep Ralph off the soupline.
Off of it? That makes it sound like if Ralph doesn't get more comissions he'll be
made into soup.

The merchandise page clearly states that single strips are done in color. Cameo arcs are in black and white.
Plus, do you really think this is the last we see of him in the arcade? =P He's just starting, dude...
Psst! Solidus! Don't forget the auto turrents on the roof for door to door salesmen and liberal protestors!

*drools* Now that would handle some of the pesky crowds! =P At least the ones intolerant to pain.
Heh... would love to take one to a protest rally and "field test" it... see if it can handle crowds...

So, how many characters have made appearances in both Nip and Tuck and Under The Lemon Tree/Goblin Hollow?

This strip reminds me uncannily of a similar experience i had when working at a tv station..
the fellow responsible for lighting system had lead us into one of the oldest studios in the building, asking us to have a look at upgrading the lighting system (the one there was from the 60's.. this was around 2000)...
when standing there, while the fellow explains what he wants, a tech working in the light regulator room suddenly yelled fire! and dived for the extinguisher.
Me and my colleague just looked at eachother, slightly puzzled, and the fellow goes "can you start today?"
This time the regulator racks burned out, and with the insulation plastics used back then, the smoke contained amounts of chloride.. to put it simply; any electrical connection in that room that wasn't sealed had to be cleaned/replaced..
weee, fun.
and now, on with the story.

I hope so. My brother was an electrician for the Marines and nothing is more dangerous (or fun to watch) that some one fiddling with electricity and not having a clue what they're doing. The nerve damage, burns, falls from ladders, and occasional agonizing death non-withstanding; there's also the hours of crawling along wires with an amp meter looking for where the damned break in the line is.
"I know this from when brother tried to wire the new bedrooms."

Congratulations and bravo to Solidus, despite all of those death threats...
I'm what is loosely called a "Broadcast Television Engineer" myself, and have done a little electrician's work in my time. I don't envy anyone that. It's hard, dirty work, and yeah... dangerous at times as well. My favorite tool while tracing a problem is a little pen-shaped device containing an LED, that lights up whenever it is brought within a quarter-inch of a live electrical circuit.
Handy little doo-dad.
