I mean... There were 11 tunes on that album. Couldn't post 'em all...
Hmmm... Maybe I should have chosen "Libido" in honor of Lydia?
By the way, I'd like to find an mp3, or even an ogg, of "Popcorn".
Or maybe "Telstar"? That was kind of catchy.
Got both.....you want "The Ventures" original version of Telstar? S'aaruuk
The Tornadoes from the UK made the original "Telstar". "Walk Don't Run" was the Ventures.
"Out of Limits", Sleepwalk, Apache, Wonderful Land, Mmmm, it's all good.
Hmmmm....thank you, I always thought Telstar was "The Ventures" creation. I have a bunch of Ventures LP's....MOF their style and the fact that they were a totally instrumental band had a BIG influence on my style and musical preferences.
"Walk Don't Run Vol 2" is another great one. I don't remember who originated "Out of Limits" but I think The Ventures' version was the most popular..."(The) Ventures in Space" was my first album of their music...
Side note.....their version of "Hawaii Five-0" went gold real fast. I think they were the first band ever to make a TV themesong into a golden hit.

We are NOT surrounded.....this is a "target rich" environment!
Yes, sir. I agree completely. It takes a well-balanced individual... such as yourself to rule the world. No, sir. No one knows that you were the third one... Solidus. ...What should I do about the woman? Yes sir. I'll keep her under surveillance. Yes. Thank you. Good-bye...... Mr. President.

"Out of Limits" was done by the Marketts. BTW, I am a Ventures fan too. I have/had a lot of their early 45's.
I think that they were given credit for the "5-0" theme music in the show's closing credits.
Side note: I think that the movie "Twelve Monkeys" made Santo and Johnny's "Sleepwalk" popular again.
