Y'know, the weird thing is, as long as politics and/or religion isn't the topic, he's fine. But bring up one of those two, and BOOM!!!

Boy, did HE pick the wrong webcomic to read!!
When trouble arises and things look bad, there's always one individual who perceives a solution and is willing to take command. Very often, that individual is insane.

Frankly, all things considered, I'm impressed at things remained somewhat civil along many of these threads for how long.

How does the old adage go? Never discuss politics or religion, it will only lead to trouble.

Most of the recent threads in this forum have involved both politics AND religion.

Despite a wide variety of viewpoints and personal beliefs most people seemed to keep the colorful four letter conjucatives out of the debates until about the third page. (Although there were some pretty entertaining tongue (keyboard?) lashings.)

I guess in a forum where you have to take the time to type out everything you have to say it eliminates some of the knee-jerk reactions you get in a live conversation.

Ah well.... enough for now.

Intresting that things did remain, to an extent, civil. Granted, things were heated, but at least it didn't turn into the out and out warzone Red vs Blue shows us in that Public Service Announcment. "I voted for Nader because I HATE EVERYONE!!" XD

Y'know, one of my favorite things about these forums is that people point me to some VERY interesting websites...
