Odd...
[...unWARP!!!]
Good evening.
I thought that when they had their time of the month, female felines got more...uh...snuggly....
Or maybe the fact that she can't snuggle up to anyone is what's ticking her off right now?
Until next time, remember:
I AM THE J.A.M.
Good evening.

You've obviously never seen a pair of housecats in that situation, then... female cats in heat can be very snippy; when the tomcat comes home the next morning, not all of those scratches and bites he's got on him came from fighting off the rival males!
Whether that applies to larger cats such as mountain lions, I wouldn't know... but never forget the Final Law of Storytelling:
"Never let the facts get in the way of a good story."
(Or a good joke, for that matter.)

Cats, big and small
A cat, is a cat, is a cat.solarfox wrote:You've obviously never seen a pair of housecats in that situation, then... female cats in heat can be very snippy; when the tomcat comes home the next morning, not all of those scratches and bites he's got on him came from fighting off the rival males!

No matter what size. 8)
Cats
Tigers can purr.Chaser617 wrote:Well, I do know that's not true in some respects, Big Cats like Tigers and Lions (so I have been told) can't purr, but they can roar, and little cats like our house-hold tabby and Lynxs and such can purr, but can't roar
At the Coho Derby here in Sheboygan some years back, a guy who had a petting zoo set up let me hold a sleepy tiger cub in my lap.
It purred, but only on the exhale.
As to roaring, I have on video two of my cats wrestling.
And Salem, the black one I have who is part Siamese, is only lacking in volume, compared to a Lion!
No, the biggest difference among cats is in cheetahs.
They have claws that do not retract like other cats.
