The fact that the 'waking up' panel was in B&W leads me to SUSPECT that the changes to Velvet MAY be all in Ben's head. IE color=dream stuff.

I think ill wait a bit more before i pass final judgement, but upon initial impression id say that although velvet is still cute, he's definately not as cute as he use to be in his "Bunny-getting-his-tummy-rub-from-Lilly" form. However, i dont know if its a bad thing ... strikes me that its just like the character maturing, we all get less cute as we get older after all

Velvet actuly looks kind of like the Homunculus from Advanced Dungeons and Dragons. But he still cute to me.

(As long as they dont go turning in to the ones from FMA.)

I'll need to see more before I can decide what to think of these changes, but the first things that came to mind when I saw the changes to Velvet were "pointless" and "why?"...

Oh, well as long as the comic stays as entertaining as it has been, I won't complain too much...
