This is what Hollywood is progressing to--the next big action blockbuster is going to be two hours straight of stuff blowing up. They're just gonna call it "Jerry Bruckheimer's STUFF BLOWS UP!!!!!".

It'll set a box-office record.
Y'all say that as if it's a bad thing. :D

There ain't nuthin' more manly than blowin' stuff up, and then later, foolin' around with yer gal in the barn afterwards... 'less it's gettin' tanked on homebrew first.

That would be an interesting sub-plot. Of course, this raises the question of when Tuck and Thelma will tie the knot.

Well, Babs used to be a looker, once upon a time. "Hello, Dolly!" makes that clear. Of course, that was 37 years ago. :-?

About the only thing that Streisand should be praised for was her role in "What's Up Doc?" and that's about it.

It's like this: when something is stolen, you expect it to be hidden away out of sight. By placing the stolen item in plain view, the average person will automatically tend to dismiss it since it does not meet their notion of what a thief would do with a stolen item.

It applies to this movie because the way they got it done was reliant on the director not paying attention to creative means of skullduggery. -:D
