By now, considering relative affluence and population, I wouldn't be surprised if there were more Mexican restaurants in the United States than there are in Mexico. Good stuff! 8)

The funny thing was when I was in Mexicali I was told the best Mexican restaurant was in Calexico. (Mexico/California border)

Perhaps, but would a restaurant in Mexico that served Mexican food actually call itself a Mexican restaurant? You don't see too many restaurants here in the states that serve "American food".

In this farm-centered area, with a population one-third Hispanic and billboards in Spanish along the roads, I imagine a nice fat juicy porker like her wouldn't last long. Her last scam would be her less nutritionally valuable organs pretending to be meat in a Roach-Coach burrito...

(Roach-Coach: Shabbily rebuilt panel truck, RV, or school bus containing a mobile kitchen, the sides are usually decorated with hand-painted, mis-spelled names of exotic dishes from the far south. I don't think I want to know what "Tripas" are.)

Hey now.....don' go knockin' the good ol' American Roach Coach......they've kept me fed on various sites and campuses longer than I want to remember.... :-? ...and I think they may even have innoculated me against nearly every food born disease known to man.... :o ....'cause believe it or not, I NEVER got sick from eatin' off of one.

Maybe they meant "Tripass"? As in, you'll need one after you eat this? :o Think I'll pass.
I'm lost. I've gone to find myself. If I should return before I get back, please ask me to wait. Thanks.
