Will the ones from Lulu be marked in any way to distinguish them from the CafePress editions?

Cancel that. The increased size of the Lulu version will make it obvious which is which.

Is there going to be any difference in the resolution?

I found some of the strips in the Cafe Press book hard to read (but then again, my eyes aren't what they used to be).
