Cleveland?

Um... no real big reason. I wanted to put a real city in the list under Khazad-dum, and thought about the standards like Brooklyn, the Bronx, and New Jersey but decided to go with someplace that was more of an inside joke. And since I have lots of family in Cleveland, it had a little more significance to me than the others.

Why is Cleveland listed as one of the lairs included on the front of the book!?!

Well, I haven't come up with a language system yet (don't laugh, I've done it before!), so I couldn't fill the list with unreadable names and I hate just making up terms that mean nothing. Plus, I hadn't mentioned many places in the Middle Kingdoms, besides D'hegs, so just listing names wouldn't have had much impact (IMO).But I'm working on a map of the Middle and Outer Kingdoms, which I hope to have finished sometime soon, so you can see where some of these places are in relation to each other. Stay tuned!
