With the way the site is set-up, the weekly messages on the site are not saved, and so this thread will hold all the weekly messages that I, Dave, the editor and web site designer of hockey hooligans, have written starting in Jan of 2001. If you have any requests for weekly comics, good ideas, please leave them in this thread, or start up a new one!. ------------------

Jan. 09/00 
Boys and girls, it's a new year, all the best to ya! Hockey Hooligans had a slight vacation, but we are back and in full effect once again. Here come the comic strips, and expect the long anticipated Episode 2 up soon. For the new fans arriving to the site, have a look @ the character bios as well as the first episode of Hockey Hooligans to understand the characters. Also we recommened you read the strips from day one, because some are continuations of others. All the best to our fans in the new year. Let's all celebrate with the consumation of cake, I'll get on that right away, see ya! HH STAFF------------------

Jan 18/01See, it can happen, the hooligans staff is back on track. Episode will FINALLY be up, we promise it will be soon. With exams around the corner and all, we will sacrifice them to bring YOU, THE FANS!!!! (YAY WE FINALLY GOT MAIL THANK YOU PAMELA WE LOVE YOU!), Episode 2. Keep checkin for updates, and be like pam, send us fan mail. Don't think we deserve it, then state your case in some , oh I dunno, hate mail. Well onto more important matters, like the cake that is on my kitchen table. I will go eat it now. Bye. HH STAFF

Well, in the midst of what seems to be a dismal week (1/2 the hooligans staff - keon - has been very sick and we wish him well) he still pulled through and drew a strip for all you fans. Please be patient with Episode 2, it will be up shortly we promise. An unexpected influenza bug hit K-Dawg, and there is nothin we can do but wait and eat cake. Hey that rhymes! I'm a poet and I don't even know it. We wanted to show our thanx to <a href="http://fishandworm.keenspace.com">Fish And Worm</a> and <a href="http://framed.keenspace.com">Framed</a> for having their comics up and letting us read them. Hope you fans read those comics, ours will make more sense if you do. Good Bye to all, hope to hear from you soon, and good luck to anyone still in school who has exams coming up, as we do. Sorry for the long wait guys, but HH is back in action. Unfortunately, Keon decided that he wanted to have some part of the writing for the comic. Big mistake
on my part. We decided to give you, the dedicated fan, a peek @ what the two of us do. So I drew Keon and did his write-up, and then he attempted to draw me, and
write my info. Well, I guess we can now see why I do the writing and he sticks to the drawing. Keep coming back for more, and, as Keon has pointed out in the
comic, it's time for cake! HH STAFF------------------

Man oh Man the delays. It's either one thing or another. But Hockey Hooligans must go on. The comic may make little sense right now, if it helps you readers,
it was drawn before Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoff series between the Toronto Maple Leafs - 2001 Stanley Cup Champions - and the Ottawa Senators.
Anyways, hopefully we won't have such long delays anymore. Hope you enjoy the comic, and be sure to check out <a href="http://framed.keenspace.com" target="_top">Framed</a>, thanx again for the sign! HH STAFF------------------

You see, the difference between Dave and Keon is quite simple. Dave has tickets to game 6 (Leafs/Devils), Keon doesn't. Enjoy the strip, it's up a bit late, that's
my (Dave's) fault, but school is important. Well fans, there are a few things that must be discussed. 3 actually. The First - HOW BOUT DEM LEAFS???? I
WANNA HEAR OPINIONS. The Second - Where is the love, if you were fans you'd put your ideas in the forum and start up some cool discussions, maybe even
some fan-mail. The Third - if you're not a fan...where's the hatemail? We are in need of knowledge to know what people think of the comic. We're doin it for
you guys...and cake ofcourse...oh boy, delicious delicious cake. Well, time for some Chocolate Fudge cake, take care, and GO LEAFS GO. HH STAFF ------------------

OH BABY!!!!! Things are going into production now fellas. HERE IT IS!!! IT'S......IT'S........AN EXERPT FROM EPISODE 2!!!!!!!! That's right fans, K-Dawg
has finally got off his fat ass, searched his afro, and found some pages from Episode 2. This one is entitled 'PAGE 3'. Why you may ask....because it's Page 3.
Hope you enjoy it...hopefully K-Dawg will find the rest sometime soon, he usually just sits on his ass picking his nose as it is. AHAHAHAHAHA..that's right
it's BASH K-DAWG TIME! See he thinks he runs things around here since he's the artist and I'm considered as a nobody because I do the writing and web
design. Now with K-Dawg learning HTML he thinks he can take over....Oh the war will begin. And you know what that means....MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS
TO THE SITE!! YAY FOR THE FANS! But for now....I leave you with two things....the first is to start a forum and give us your view on the site, the creators, or
anything else that's on your mind. And the second....CAKE IS SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! HH STAFF

It seems as though we have a little problem. K-Dawg has found a way to keep me at bay. HE'S TIED ME UP!! AND THE ONLY WAY HE'LL RELEASE ME IS IF
YOU FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS. Look at the pitiful job without my guidance. You can see the back of the paper, the spelling mistakes, even the rushing
in the drawings! Hooligans needs me! Save me, there's a piece of cake right out of my reach....What torture. FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE! HH
