Sigh...all this forum juggling is getting me down. I'm spending way too much time trying to make this work, and not being very successful at it.<P>So...what I'm now going to do is look for a good forum script that I can customize and be in total control of. I've already applied for a free website where I can host a simple entry page and a CGI-based forum, so I just have to find a good script that will do what I want it to do, and not drive me crazy in the process.<P>The new site isn't up, yet, but its url will be attached to <A HREF="http://ShadowFall.netfirms.com" TARGET=_blank>http://ShadowFall.netfirms.com</A> . Netfirms are giving me 25mb of space and a personal CGI bin, SSI (server side includes) and Perl capability, and that should be enough to take care of a simple forum site. I'm hoping it won't take me too long to find and customize a script, because I hate having the forums split up in this weird sort of limbo.<P>Anyway, just wanted to keep you all updated on what's going on. Well, if I weren't already swamped with work I would see about writing out a Perl-based forum for you that you could play around with afterwards. Unfortunately, it would have to wait until after everything finally clears up around the office.<P>

I appreciate the offer, Mike san, but even if you had the time, I wouldn't ask you to do that much work for me. I'm sure I can find a usable script somewhere. I have several links to Perl sites. I just need to spend some time looking around. Time's just a little hard to come by, these days. Sigh...<P>(^-^)<P>Kaichi
