If you're sick of summer action movies and want to see something more substantial, check out The Anniversary Party. It's kind of an ensemble version of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? Great cast, clever script. It's set at a party that becomes increasingly uncomfortable and darkly humorous. Never a dull moment either... it moves along and keeps you sucked in the whole time, with nary a car chase or gunfight in sight. Russ says check it out.
