Geir noticed that I was a little bit down lately, so he sent me some Norwegian comics including the new Nemi book! That really brightened up my day. Thanks Geir!Now, there isn't a lot of stuff up there, but I would like you all to take a look at <A HREF="http://heather.keenspace.com" TARGET=_blank>Geir's new project, Heather Blackhammer</A> and bookmark it now because it will be really good!------------------

But the weird thing is, when Jim Byrt first drew Heather he had never seen the likeness of that lady who is married to the fellow with the cute little nose! The great thing about the Nemi book is that its lead story is such an inspirational one about imagination and friendship - proving that Nemi and her creator are both softies inside.As a result of a mishap one drunken night, Nemi becomes a little kid's imaginary friend, and saves him from his bullies.... awwww. Wonderful.As always, there were some gags that my Norwegian was too limited for. I'm still racking my brain[ * ] over the punchline of the Eilert Pilarm gag... I know who Eilert Pilarm is but not what Nemi's roommate says at the end.
