I really, really, hate computers

Just minutes after I rebooted my sucky OS because my sucky web browser hung my sucky computer again, i checked out White House in Orbit using a sucky connection to Keenspace's sucky web server. I found that my sucky imaging software had once again sucked at properly cropping the image file for that day, so I fixed that, and then used my sucky file uploader to do absolutely nothing at all becayse Keenspace's sucky ftp server wouldn't let it. If there is anything about computers that doesn't suck, please don't email me to tell me about it, but call me on a traditional fixed-line phone instead.------------------

... and when I finally did manage to get into said sucky ftp server and followed up by using Keen's sucky web interface to request an update, there were 2183 sucky comics in the sucky updater's queue.Print is the future, folks.RRight. It's monday morning, I've already spent twice as much time behind this infernal machine as I wanted to, and I've already lost my temper twice. I'll sign off now.

I am not sure if this is the right moment to tell you this, but I just changed the sucky 'old photo' plug-in in your sucky imaging software. (It will be a while though before it's incorporated -- if it's going to happen at all.)

I think there'd be a market for a computer that could withstand severe physical abuse.And preferably make some satisfying sounds while you punch it too.

Well, that would suck slightly less than the current version, but it's not essential to me right now.Now, if you knew about a sucky plugin, module or Script-Fu that can turn gradients into old-fashioned halftone screens, that would help me tremendoesly with preparing "Dolphins and Dragons" for print. I'd go as far as to say that that would hardly suck at all!------------------

Nevermind! The existing Image-> Filters-> Distorts -> Newsprint filter is only marginally sucky and will probably be adequate to my purposes. Its creator claims it's mainly a special effect but it does appear to be good enough for black and white work.------------------

Once you've done that, they won't be able to hold any information, but they're useless for that anyway.------------------
