Steverino, wazzup?

I have a question (and sorry if the answer is available elsewhere):
Are you planning on returning to your former style any time soon?
I'm still reading, but the description next to my link is pretty inaccurate lately...
------------------

Hmmm.... well, once I return the art will be like the photo stuff minus the photo's. They're too much of a pain. I'll do 7 day a week, b/w dailies and color sundays.
The strips right now are real old school, although pretty soon you'll see how they evolved into my current style. So as the old cartoons go on, they'll get closer to my current stuff and you'll probably hardly notice when the work is new again.
As for how long it'll be till then, I havent decided. I've got ALOT of material but I plan on skipping several months worth for just this week so we'll see.
In the meantime I'm having a blast drawing more comic book work, I'll post some of it this week with any luck- and sorry the site's not updating, I'll get to it Monday night, promise- and I'll fill in the missing spaces, too!
~Steve

For the record, I really liked the photo stuff...Oh, well.
Still, the drawing style (which I referred to as 'Waterson-esque' -- hope you don't mind) and characterization are the important parts. I do like seeing the old stuff, but if it was a permanent change I was going to change my blurb.
------------------

I'm with Scott, that photo stuff was way cool... but you gotta do your own thing, you know.
------------------

I liked it too, but a) it was VERY time consuming,
b) it might not go well for syndicates (have to get around to sending it out still)
c) I was spending so much time on the art that the writing was suffering. And I just liked my old stuff better, and I think when I get to that point you'll all agree, with any luck! Bear with me!

Don't forget "Elaine was getting ticked off at you taking pictures everywhere they went". She's regaled us poor souls at UCONN about how much she complained, and we, like good friends, nodded and smiled without listening to a word she was saying.
