Some new ideas for the strip/ site

(From the Shadows emerges Davos.)
Let's see, sections you could add...
How about a LINKS PAGE? Oh, and after loking at your bio, Steve, you failed to mention where you currently reside.
Now that that's done, time to get outta here. Now, where's the exit? Oh yeah, either a window opens or...

Heres an idea Steve... a whole section devoted to... SLOW CHILDREN!! Explain to the masses of people the legacy of the show, or atleast about the skits that made Weatherman Bob famous... Ahh... the good ol' days...
Bobby J

Figured I'd post a few ideas and get some feedback from you guys...
Let's see... new sections for the site! If there's any ineterest, I can post some more essays, if anyone's read those... A sketch book, a comic book art section, other strips I've done, the 9-5 manga book....
I can post some paintings and watercolors I've done (Steverino ones), make a section n the old books I used to do, some letters they recieved, my critiques from syndicates...
I was also thinking of making my print version of the strip available. It'll be the regular strips, only in a much higher resolution, printed in black and white with a color cover, letters from fans and friends, some essays... they're pretty fun. I was also still debating selling the book I had printed adn possibly some t shirts and mouse pads and stuff. Of course I'm not sure how I should go about selling stuff but if the idea is popular enough I can figure it out. Anything any one wants to see?
~Steve

Hell Ya!!!!! I'd buy a copy... As long as it's not too expensive. I'm a starving artist ya know.
The essays, I probably wouldn't read unless I had a lot of time available, but I know Damonk would love that kinda stuff.
A Sketch book section is always nice, that's where everyone can get a grasp of what goes on inside your head Stevo. And your Paintings and such, are a must.
I'd definitely like to see your critiques from syndicates. I also know the artist of Fletcher's Cave Loves to see that kind of stuff. Personally, It makes me feel like I'm not the only one getting rejected by everyone, and that gives me hope. Also, it's always a help to other toonists to see what are tips and tricks to help make us better. I'd post mine, but nobody has said anything other than "Sorry, YOU SUCK!!!!" Okay, so I made up that "You Suck" part.
i may put up sales for t-shirts from cafepress.com soon, but I don't think I have enough people that would buy from it. And I'm still thinking of a really good t-shirt. If you go CafePress.com, The quality is pretty good. I just bought a shirt from Chopping Block and it's really well printed. But I haven't washed it yet, so we'll see what happens.
Pauly
------------------

Sweet! As long as I know people are interested, I can make a little progress... of course, time is always an issue. The work is starting to catch up to me! But yeah, I'll start putting together some stuff then...
~Steve

I have to remind you, Elaine, that this is a family oriented site. I won't be able to show them ALL my talents. Gah! Did I just post that?? I apoligize, everyone! Go wash your brains out with soap now.
~Steve

Whoa!! Don't go there Steve. Yes, you are a talented man, in many ways and in many levels of exciting vulgarity , but the patrons of your site don't need to know about THAT. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge, say no more, squire.

Yeah, hon, these are really good ideas! I personally love a site that has lots and lots of stuff on it... lots of stuff to explore and discover, etc. People would love to see the 9-5s too... show them your broad range of talent!!!!!!!!!
------------------

So glad you asked! It should be in my signature file, but for some reason my sig just doesn't show up right...
The "main" site is http://www.crosswinds.net/~lostfactor
The "mirror" site is http://members.fortunecity.com/lostfactor
Quotes are used because neither is really superior over the other - they both get updated at the same time. Crosswinds loads faster on my connection, but it also has been really irritating lately about whether or not it uploads everything correctly. So, it's sort of a net-zero equation, and... um... stuff. Yeah. Stuff. ;>

Okay, now Eliot is going to try and divert attention from his last post by *gasp* going back on-topic!
I'd definitely like to see more of your artwork and earlier strips... I've been fortunate to have seen a bit of it thanks to Elaine, and it's good. Scratch that - it damn good. You've got talent, Steve, and you should share it with the world. But not all at once - make the world pay for it bit by bit, and carefully add in secret charges so that you eventually hold uncontested control over the planet Earth. Or something like that. ;>
More essays would be great... I've read the ones you already have up, and they kick much arse. Which actually reminds me that I personally need to work on doing more essays... feh.
And definitely a links page. So you can link to my site. And stuff. ;>
