Okay, I'm confused on one point: Affiliation? I know it means to be associated with or aligned to but in what reference does it have here?

If you are associated with another comic, that would go there. If you are (primarily) associated with PDI, we'd indicate that there, perhaps with a rank of some sort.

The other reason I was gone so long Is I had to make up a case of pudding for Talbon. I used a pool. If you want your pudding, you're going to have to get up here soon, The city of vancouver wants it's pool back.
