After you make a change you need to run an update before the changes take place ... you know how to do that? go to <A HREF="http://members.keenspace.com/PDI/" TARGET=_blank>http://members.keenspace.com/PDI/</A> (except your account name instead of ours) and request a regular update.------------------

Okee dokee, so then what I shoudl do is upload a graphics file with a name date earlier than the one I have up there now?The one I have up there now is 20010510.JPG so I just uploaded one called 20010509.GIF.Then hit the update all and then everything should be working?Here goes. (Incidently I'm using a GIF version of my Stephen Hawking ascii-pets for the test image).------------------

Well the update thingy didn't work. No pages in the /d/ directory and it wouldn't update the index.htmlSo I just put things the way they should be manually and hopefully everything will work out alright when I do a real update the next weekend.

Your images are in place okay ... I looked at the page source, and found ne referrence to the portion you refer to here, nor any sign of malfunctioning tags. Is it possible you haven't uploaded the most recent alterations of your page? Either way, try FTPing it agin and see if that works. The comic looks great, by the way.------------------

Yeah I requested my BBS and my colours, but I didn't specify a text colour for the messages and as a result the message text is almost unreadable on the backgrounds I chose.
If I ask them to change it will they?
