Presumably sites hosted on the server were deleted during the move. I suppose Clay could reload from back-up if he had them but I get the feeling he's getting tired and depressed. I don't know though.
An archive of THL is definetly needed and we must find a way for Perverts Row to survive because I already miss everyone there something awful.
I'm suprised Clay hasn't at least put up a page telling everyone that the comic is down indefinetly and perhaps permanently and with at least a bit of an explanation. If I hadn't e-mailed him I'd still be in the dark about it.
In other news, I'm really thinking about giving this web-comic thing a spin (as long as people don't expect me to faithfully update my comic every week/month/year). It was a lot of fun to make that guest strip (even though it looks like it was in vane) and I've been toying with an idea for a webcomic for sometime now. I think I'll switch to Keenspace instead of Sexshare for at least the comic part. Sexshare used to have small-ish, non-obtrusive banners at the top and bottom of the page but now their banners take up an entire page themselves which kinda messes up the artistic flow of your webpage.
What are Keenspace like as far as a provider goes? How much space do you get for your page? I don't want to run out of archive space.

------------------

There's got to be a way -- we at least need pervert's Row and the archives -- whimper --
Do we need to beat Stile up? What's the story?
He was about to post our guest comic "at the next update" too.
...and I am now your friend.
If nothing can be done to save THL then we must do something to save pervert's row ... where can we open a free forum?
Well, Keenspace, for one .... I wonder if Teru would go for a forum without a comic...
Actually, Clay has a THL account already, he's just never used it, maybe we can get him here finally.
I will be distraught if there is no more.
*holds Ghastly*
(ps: we have smileys is this forum: )
------------------

I dunno, he seemed to be indicating that all that is THL must be purged from the web lest he face professional jeopardy.
Japanese employers can be pretty strict about what you do in your personal life. My friend working in Japan had to sign a "morality contract" with his employer and can be terminated for such things as going to a strip-bar.
Pretty bizarre concept for me since when I used to work as a system's engineer (before I quit for the glamourous life of a professional accordionist) my boss used to come in to work and show us pictures of himself with his face burried between a stripper's tits.

------------------

OH.
MY.
GOD.

I've been offline for a few days since my Modem has been playing the proverbial silly buggers, and since sorting it I've been trying to get into THL - to no avail obviously...
I can't beleive it's gone! This really really sucks, not only because one of the greatest, most consistently piddle inducingly funny comics is now lost to us, but also because of the severance of the great community that was born upon it - I'm so glad Ghastly has found his way over here!!!
Hiya Ghastly! Hope you're web comic stuff comes to fruition! I'm thinking about a Keenspace account myself - but currently I've three weeks to accomplish 7 months work for my Degree exhibition, and, well, y'know, needs must and all...
***
This must be some heavy shit for Clay...
Thanks to everyone here for breaking the bad news of THL's death to me gently. *sniff*
I told myself I... I wouldn't cry...
*sniff!*

Thank god I found you all. I was really missing the daily perversion that was so abundant on the THL forum. This place may become like a home away from home for me.
