It's a pity you feel this way, Josh - You know my views. It'd be a tragedy if you decided to give up, considering the talent that you do actually have. (trust me, it takes a kind of talent to do what you do consistently).
Although, I agree with the others, Before you give up the ghost, at least try and submit it to Keenspot. Or, Ask someone else to submit it, if you're afraid of The Curse Of The Self-Submitted KeenSpace Strip. I'd be willing to do it, if I was told how, and I'm sure that just about everyone here would likely be willing to do the same.
Besides, I've always liked The Nolans. I've never been really able to support it in any really material way (It's times like these I wish EFTPOS was net-enabled...), but it has been one of my favourite comics for a while.
I've seen a few people simply give up, despite having a compatible sense of humour, or a great artistic talent, and I always feel it's a crying shame when they do. But, in the end, it is your choice. Just remember that despite the low hits, at the very least they are consistent hits. Those that come here tend to stay here, which must say something about this strip...
