I really think you need exeptional art to be a good comic. I mean, look at mine. Look at my "animated" RPG fighting strip.
Now that's high class.
As for links... I link who I feel like so blah... I'm think about changing the links and art pages for easier access though.
But will it ruin my simplistic layout? Oh the tough questions.
------------------
I have come to the realization that there is no need for a witty message here, becuase this is truely just an advertisment.

...you know you love it, but you're too embarrassed to let the world know about it.
I've been noticing an interesting trend lately-- a lot of people have been writing to me (of their own accord!) saying just how much they enjoy my comic, just how funny they think it is, etc etc.
but none of these people ever mention FRAMED on their sites... s'kinda funny that.
(of course, this doesn't really apply to my forum regulars~~ most of you have shown and continue to show me the love )
i think it has to do with the art; i notice that many of said people have chosen to make a very select, very "high-class" set of links, and i guess that FRAMED just don't cut it that way...
heh. at first this bothered me slightly, but now i'm starting to be proud of this fact... i'm like a sinful pleasure, a skeleton in their closet! i am their deep, dark obsession. i am the awful, horrible realization that one doesn't need to have perfect visuals to have a good comic.
i am the black sheep of their (mostly manga) family.
hear me baaa.
------------------

The thing that confuses me, is that basically 98% of the people that hit my forums are part on the keengroup(not counting that toonbot darn guy). I hardly ever get any hellos from plain ol' readers. But when I visit other forums I occassionally see something like "Hey great comic, I came here from Untitled Again, another great comic I read" How come they never come say great comic to me in person!?!
Oh well, your in my links now, Damonk...wait!!!! you were there from the beginning.
P.S. You know I love your art, buddy.
Pauly Out!!!!!
------------------
You mean to tell me you haven't seen my site yet!?!

I agree with Pauly, and I'd like to add that I was REALLY going to show you the love, but damn, that scanner glass was COLD!
Oh, and you have ALWAYS been on my "high class" list of links. Which is about to get a whole lot less highbrow when I add the "naughty" section to them.
------------------

Hey! Not only have I shown the love for Damonk, I have duly linked to his site, despite no reciprocative link! Like, it's faithfulness, man. Okay, it hasn't gotten a link button, but the only comic I've webuttoned is Sluggy.
Pauly, I am going to link to your site, really I am. It's going up on my front page as an official Cool Thing for a little while, and then it gets a link. Promise.
As for Framed! being a guilty pleasure... well, let's face it, how many people are probably just attracted by any talk of nipples whatsoever? ;>

Okay, Pauly, NOW the link is up on the front page - I don't think I'd finished updating when I posted that last message. You can see it freely.
It's not like anyone ever visits my site, but hey...
