Apparently for some retarded reason when I set up my forum account for 'jaketheevilhare' I listed my email as sam@www.jaketheevilhare.com
because of the 'www' I can't get the activation email, so I can't activate that account and start loading up my fabulous comic.
Any idea what I can do?

Is that the email that you listed for your Forum account, or your Comic account?
If it's for the Forum, then you can ignore it. You already have this comic account running, and that's all that matters. If it is for your comic account, then there isn't much you can do - but if you can't confirm it, then the submission will auto-delete after fourteen days and you can re-apply anyway.
