Help with removal with banners and newsboxes

I have just updated the site: http://eemw.comicgenesis.com
and now I want to change the newsboxes, therefore I need to remove some old ones but I don't know where to go to ask the one responsible for it.

The newsboxes I want to remove are:
eemw_newsbox1
eemw_newsbox2
eemw_newsbox3
eemw_newsbox4

all of these were approved of 2008-12-18 00:39:19
