When I went to load my old site just now (pantheon.comicgenesis.com) in Firefox 3.0.11, it was blocked by a warning page, which led to this Google diagnostic page. It lists the domains that were hosting the malware.
The date of the observed malware was 2009-06-08.
Could this have come through the Keenspot/Comicgenesis banner ads?
The only other things on the site that come from elsewhere are:
statcounter.com code
projectwonderful.com ads
the comicgenesis newsbox.
My other new site (darklord.comicgenesis.com) does not generate any warnings. It has statcounter, but not project wonderful or the newsbox.

Re: Google malware warning on my site
It is possible that it is in the PW ads, or the CG ads.
I've seen that warning before on abandoned comics that have forums. Abandoned forums are usual dumping grounds for drive-by download malware and usually set off those warnings. I've never looked into removing one, but if you click the "ignore and proceed" link you can get to your comic. If you can access it via FTP still, then removing everything bar the comic itself should rid the comic site from any potential malware.
As for getting the site removed from the blacklist ... I'll need to look into that.
