Opening new account

I have opened an account to put my comic up for the first time.
I verified my email as I was instructed to do on the 2nd of September.
I have yet to hear anything back since then.
Is this normal? How long do most people wait?
Is there something else I am required to do?
Any advice would be appreciated.

The good news is that you did everything right.

The bad news is that, annoyingly, there is currently an issue with new accounts not getting their details.

Refer to this thread and advise STrRedWolf about what happened.
