Comic Will Not Update

[Faultylogic]

I've been trying for about eight hours now to force my comic to update http://faultylogic.comicgenesis.com with a manual update, but every time my ticket is processed, nothing changes.

I have double checked that my comic file is in the correct directory and has the correct file name
I have double checked that my comic file is not corrupted
I have waited until the queue is empty before triggering an update
I have been sure to wait until the ticket has been fully processed (the queue has returned to 0)
I have made sure to refresh my browser and clear temporary files and history to make sure it is not a trick of my browser

This is becoming increasingly frustrating and any help would be appreciated.
