Looks like the same problem encountered last time - a multitude of people are having difficulty getting into SiteAdmin despite following all the instructions. Not sure if it's the same thing as before, but can we get those people who are having difficulty post in this thread and ignore the others.

People who currently seem to have this problem:

ME TOO! And I can't log in to the forum on firefox because i can't log in to the siteadmin-- I'm not sure why this is but it is.

As of 9:30 PM, I can successfully log in. Whatever you guys did, or if it just... Happened. Thanks for the help.

I also can't log in, I thought it was a temporary thing, but it's been quite a while now.

I can't log in either.

I'm having that problem too.

I am as well, but I just had my site activated yesterday evening, so I don't know anything about anything.

I am also having that problem.

i still can't login. I don't know what the deal is, I've quadruple checked the password/login name, made sure i did caps and spelling right, and i still get the error that my login name is not valid.
If somebody could please help me with this, it would be incredible. I don't know if it's the sytem or me, and I'd really love to get in and get my site looking purdy

Looks like there might have been a hiccup or two with the change to phpBBv3.

Just wanted to add my name to the list of those who cant log on to site admin.

not shure if mine is the same problem, but i do get an error message that says my browser is broken.

ive logged into site admin from same browser/computer befor, sooooooo....not shure what it means.

i would like to add my name to those who can't login. i'm not really sure what happened i was able to login in a few days ago but then i went away and got back today. i tried to login but i can't for some reason.

I'm having trouble too. The 24 hours from the confirmation email are over; I've been approved and everything, but I can't log on to siteadmin. I've used proper punctuation and everything...

Adding to the total.

I can login to QuickAdmin to trigger updates, but SiteAdmin bounces me back with the username not valid message. And I don't have any funky characters or anything! Quadruple-checked everything, etc etc.

There's a possibility that it's the forum upgrade that's doing it, in which case it would be a system-wide outage.

However, I can log in. It gave me a momentary "user undefined" error, then it let me in.

For those having trouble, but could log in before: Do the old login, logout of the forums, making sure that you use the correct name to log in (ie: if your forum name is Bob, use Bob and not bob). Then try SiteAdmin again. If it does not work, try logging into the wiki.

Those who are new or have been able to log in before but now have a postcount less than three, pop into the "Can't log into the CGWiki" thread and make a 'spam' post or two, or make a couple of meaningful posts around the forums. Once you're over three posts, you should be able to log in (you should be able to see your postcount below your avatar).

If you can get in, let us know so we can narrow down the problem...
