Newsbox and Pog Approval

I recently submitted a newsbox image (my first) and a new pog (my second). How long should I expect it to take for these to be approved, and will the new pog automatically be used instead of my old one?

Depending on how much free time the approvers have and how much of a backlog there is, anything from a few days to a few weeks.

Not that I know of. You'll probably have to private message one of the approvers (Joel Fagin or Keffria) to let them know that you want your old pog deleted.
