Forum signup broken

Glad to see we can post again. There is, however, another problem: signing up for the forums doesn't work. After you click "register", you are taken to the "Verify your age" part, and then when you click either of the options ("I am over 13", or "I am under 13"), the next page says that "This username has already been taken", before even reaching the page on which you would enter a username.

Aware of it, just the thing is... nothing changed on the server that I'm aware of, (the forums and the wiki run on .9 everything else on .20)

Worst case scenario I download the latest version of phpBB and then manually repatch in the attachment system, but it doesn't make sense for it to just up and stop working.
