Wiki Categories - adding sub-strips question

Post by LauraSeabrook »

My webciomic features different strips, rather than just one continuing strip (an "Anthology" category maybe?). I've been updating my wiki page and wanted to add entries under appropriate categories for the individual strips. For example, I've put...

Code: Select all

[[Category:Science Fiction|Future Imperfect]]
for Future Imperfect and also

Code: Select all

[[Category:Real Life|Hypergraphia]]
for Hypergraphia.

What I get in the categories pages however, is...

Code: Select all

F
* Comic:Laura Seabrook's Web Comix
...and...

Code: Select all

H
* Comic:Laura Seabrook's Web Comix
(I've deleted other comix entries for clarity).

Is there a way that I can get the name of the individual strips showing instead. Would it help if I made sub pages (though I'm not entirely sure how to do that)?

Actually, I did a bit of playing around. I created a sub page of Laura Seabrook's Web Comix/Apocryphal Tales (one of the strips at my pages) and then moved...

Code: Select all

[[Category:Urban Legends|Apocryphal Tales]]
...to that page, removing it entirely from the original page. The category now shows...

Code: Select all

A
* Laura Seabrook's Web Comix/Apocryphal Tales
...which is just what I wanted. It also means that I now have a page for each strip in which to add detail.
