Okay, here's my newest issue (I have many):
I made a navigation bar thingie (I'm SO technical) for getting around my website, and I added a hotspot to it (in Microsoft Frontpage) and then copied the HTML and stuck it into my indextemplate and dailytemplate. After a bit of tweaking, I got the image where I wanted and everything.
BUT...
Where's my link? There was supposed to be a link on my 'Archives' spot, (not the others yet, I still have to make those pages), but... it's not there. It makes me sad.

Gah. Frontpage. Honestly, I think that program causes more issues that it helps.
Try a different approach for your links, to see if it works better.
What I do for my sidebar is make each of my links seperately, put them in a table vertically, then just link each one. I've found you have much more control over what the site does or does not read, that way.
