my ftp wont let me access it at all, it keeps telling me its private. my comic is dvsl.keenspace.com and i cant get to the ftp to update it T_T help me please!

okay let me specify i cant get to my ftp folders in the first place to switch over. i have the jpegs of my comics and the templates and such but i dont have their html forms those are in the ftp folders which i cant get ahold of. what can i do?

same thing with me, only it keeps telling me it couldn't contact even with the passive ftp on

Okay, you two. Which FTP client are you using, and do you have logs from those clients?

Also, in the meantime, go to http://siteadmin.comicgenesis.com:8080 and use the Web-FTP client there.

I'm using the web ftp. all my files are now in the wrong section.

and I forgot which file their suppose to go in @_@ it's been like.. 4 months since I've been able to update now. I so thought my site was gonna get the hammer.
