Message Board intact but not my account's password

I guess I was lucky and my Message Board was spared, but now me and a few other of the people that go to my forum can't get their passwords to work. And when we try the automatic thing to check on our passwords, it comes back blank.
I already e-mailed about this but this seems to be faster...
