I would have to say it's 'cause you're using <div>, and not tables
On a more serious note, it could be because the images on that page are pushing it over, so it skips below the white content area; the page on which it "works" has content that isn't near as wide.
I don't really know though...
Tables are really so much more friendly and intuitive...
