Hello, I am an old Keenspace member and my account seems to have gone, when I check for username I get "Signup found, status: Signup completed, check username status" but when I check status I reseve the message "username not found"
my account information is

cyan.keenspace.com
should I make a new account? Has my old one been closed?

Hmm... this could be due to two reasons:
1) Your old Keenspace account didn't have enough comics, was detected as inactive and deleted.
2) We had recent server problems which wiped out a certain number of accounts. If you had a number of comics on your site and this happened recently, that could be the reason.
If it was 1) then reapply for an account.
If it was 2) then see the top of this forum to report the problem.
